Using the SAME course reader?
If you want to use the EXACT SAME version of your course reader for an upcoming semester, simply email us at montezuma@aztecmail.com to let us know. Please provide the department and course number, title of your reader, the estimated enrollment, any desk copies needed, and the ISBN of the course reader, if possible.
Submitting REVISED materials?
Submit your order using the Online Order Form.
Fill out the form and upload your revised files (Word docs, PDFs and PowerPoint slides are acceptable) and instructions. Don't forget to select a new cover.
It is not necessary to submit the entire document again. We have electronic files of all recent course readers. Simply tell us what to remove and where to add new material in the "Special Instrcutions" field.
Creating a NEW course reader?
Create new materials.
Submit your order using the Online Order Form.
Fill out the form and use the "Special Instrcutions" field to tell us how you want us to compile your reader. You can also send your electronic files via our form (Word docs, PDFs and PowerPoint slides are acceptable).
Hardcopy Materials
If your material is not in an electronic format, you are welcome to stop by our office or we would be happy to supply you with our UPS account number to have hard copy materials shipped to us.
