Now that your thesis has been approved by your committee, let our experienced formatters configure your thesis according to department and University specifications.
WHY MONTEZUMA PUBLISHING
For years, Montezuma has handled the publishing of students’ theses and dissertations in fulfillment of the University Requirements needed for Graduation. Now that we offer formatting, you can relax knowing that we will handle the processing of your thesis from the start of formatting until your final thesis copy is published.
HOW TO BEGIN
Currently, we do not require that you make an appointment. Simply come in or call us after your revisions have been made and your committee has signed off on your thesis. We will need an electronic version of your thesis, (i.e. a Word file), and a copy of your signed signature page. A formatting deposit will be required at the time of the initial order. Sit back and relax and let us do the work!
TIMELINE
We format students’ theses in the order received, however, the length of time it takes to format your thesis will depend primarily on the size and complexity of the thesis. Generally, formatting can range from 1 to 2 weeks. Please let us know upfront if there are any special considerations, for example: oversized pages, maps, landscape pages needed, etc.
FORMAT PRICING
$4.00 per page *
$4.00 per page for corrections (if applicable)
50% deposit is required at the time of initial order
$50.00 non-refundable fee will be subtracted from deposit if formatting is cancelled
*Price includes a PDF file of your formatted thesis either on CD or copied to your flash drive.
COMPLETED FORMATTING
Once we are done formatting your thesis, it will be placed in line for review. Once approved, we will contact you to arrange for payment of the publishing costs.
